Andy Gildersleeve

Andy grew up in Massachusetts, spending summers working on a local produce farm. Since graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Andy has worked as a restaurant consultant, recipe developer, and chef instructor in Northern Spain. Andy creates and edits many of the recipes we share with our members at Bloomcooking.com, where he is featured as the chef instructor in our series of online video courses. During these online courses, we guide our community members through step-by-step recipes involving homemade yogurt, gluten-free sourdough, water kefir, fermented foods, gluten-free pizzas, among other items! He also serves as the editor for our website, and handles recipe-related questions or feedback from our community members. In general, he would love to hear from anyone out there who has suggestions for future recipes you might like to see created, or any feedback for the website.
