Description

These are fun to make at home, and are a great project to make with kids!

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except for the jam in a medium bowl and mix to combine until a cohesive dough forms.
  1. Measure 1 Tbsp per cookie, and roll the dough into balls: you’ll get 8 total!

  1. Flatten each cookie with the back of a measuring cup.
  1. Use your pinkies to form little hearts at the center, applying gentle pressure and fill each cavity with a little bit of jam.
  1. Careful not to overfill! Bake at 350°F / 180°C for 7-8 min, or until cooked-through and golden-brown.
