First, add paper liners to a muffin pan.

Combine melted chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl.

Scoop 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into the bottom of each muffin liner. Place pan in the freezer for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the pan from the freezer. Combine almond butter and maple syrup in a bowl. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of this mixture and add it on top of the melted chocolate.

Drizzle more melted chocolate on top. Return the pan to the freezer for 15 minutes or until hardened.

Recipe Notes

Store in the freezer or fridge.  Use all-natural creamy almond butter made from only almonds and salt

I love this idea...you could also do this with peanut butter, assuming you have no peanut allergy concerns!
