These Apple "Nachos" take only a few minutes and they are so fun and healthy!  This snack is great for both kids and adults.  The chocolate-peanut butter combination is always a good idea, and using different types of chocolate chips looks beautiful on the plate!

Instructions

First, core and slice the apples into thin slices. Arrange on a large plate.

Drizzle creamy peanut butter on top of the apples.

Finally, top it with white and dark mini chocolate chips, in addition to the slivered almonds. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Feel free to replace peanut butter with caramel sauce, cashew butter, or almond butter.  For some added crunch, top with chopped walnuts, pecans, or peanuts
