The banana bread in this recipe has the most delicious natural sweetness.  This bread is naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and coconut sugar.  Great for breakfast, brunch, an afternoon snack with coffee, or even as a healthier dessert!

First, preheat the oven to 350°F. Heavily spray a bread pan with nonstick spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.

Add in the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.

Transfer the batter to the bread pan. Smooth into one even layer.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
