Description

This one mixing bowl and one cake pan recipe comes together quickly and easily.  The final cake has a warm cinnamon flavor.  Feel free to add frosting and chopped nuts or chocolate chips on top.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Heavily spray a 10-inch Bundt cake pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and coconut sugar. Whisk to combine.
  3. Then, add the remaining ingredients. Stir until no lumps of flour remain.
  4. Pour batter into the greased pan. Spread into one even layer.
  5. Bake for 39 to 42 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  6. Finally, remove from oven. Allow the cake to cool for 20 minutes. Then invert the pan carefully and release the cake from the pan.
  7. Sift powdered sugar on top!

I can’t wait to try this! Greasing the pan is a helpful tip here.
