
Cheesecake Brownies

These healthy cheesecake brownies have it all – they’re not only easy to make, ultra decadent and fudgy, but they also happen to be full of better-for-you ingredients.

Preheat your oven to 375 F / 180 C. In the meantime, line an 8-inch (20cm) loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

Make the brownie batter first: Simply mix all the brownie ingredients together with a whisk until fully incorporated.

Pour the brownie mix into your prepared pan.

In a blender, mix the ingredients for the cheesecake for about 1 minute, or until the batter is smooth.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie mix.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Let the cheesecake brownies cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from the pan. Chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge before cutting and enjoying!
Note
For a Diary Free version mix soy or coconut yogurt with starch for the cheesecake part. You can even add some vanilla vegan protein powder.
