
Chocolate Baked Oatmeal Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Heavily spray an 8-inch by 8-inch square pan with nonstick spray.

Heat milk in the microwave. Stir in ¼ cup chocolate chips. Stir until creamy.

In a large mixing bowl, add all other ingredients. Stir to combine.

Pour in the melted chocolate mixture. Stir together.

Pour this into the sprayed pan.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until set in the middle.

Fully cool before slicing and serving.
