This microwaveable cake takes only a few minutes in total.  This mug cake is rich, decadent, chocolaty, and delicious.  Top with some Vegan ice cream for the best little dessert!

Instructions

First, add gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and baking powder to a mixing bowl. Stir.

Add in melted coconut oil, milk, and vanilla. Stir again until fully combined.

Fold in mini chocolate chips.

Pour batter into a microwave-safe ramekin or mug.

Microwave on high for roughly 1 minute and 15 seconds.

Carefully remove from microwave and serve!

Recipe Notes

Use a large ramekin or mug to prevent spillage.  Ramekin will be VERY hot.  Please use an oven mitt to remove it from the microwave.  You may have to adjust cooking times depending on your microwave.

Love these easy microwaveable cakes. I've even seen them made in paper cups, for quick sponge cakes on the fly!
