Things to note: swap the Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt to make this recipe vegan-friendly.

Add the peeled avocado, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper in a food processor bowl and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Taste the mixture, and adjust the seasonings if desired.

Transfer the contents to a serving bowl and serve immediately with your favorite chopped vegetables or nacho chips.

Avocados will tend to oxidize and turn brown after being peeled and blended. Keep covered with a layer of plastic wrap touching the surface if storing in the fridge before serving!
