Mix the yogurt, dill, mint, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl and stir well until thoroughly combined.

Add the cucumber to a separate bowl with a pinch of salt and leave it to stand for 10 minutes. Transfer the cucumber onto a kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess water.
You can also use cheesecloth, or even just your hands!

Add the cucumber and pepper to the yogurt mixture and stir well.

Taste, and adjust the seasoning if desired.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with pita wedges or chips.
