Feta Tahini Dip

Combine the feta cheese, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary.

Transfer the whipped feta and tahini dip to a serving bowl.

Garnish with fresh herbs and olive oil, and serve.
