
Flourless Chocolate Cake

This cake recipe is perfect for all the chocolate lovers out there. It comes out moist, soft, and melt-in-your-mouth tasty!

First, preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Heavily spray an 8-inch round cake pan with nonstick spray.

In a bowl, combine melted chocolate, coconut cream, and coconut sugar. Stir until completely smooth and creamy.

In another mixing bowl, add cornstarch, almond flour, milk, vanilla, and cocoa powder. Stir together.

Then, pour in the melted chocolate mixture. Stir together until fully mixed.

Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.

Bake for 38 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with only moist crumbs.

Remove from oven. Allow the cake to cool for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice, and serve!
Note
This cake is meant to be a little more dense and fudge-like than traditional cakes. Feel free to add frosting on top!
