Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/355°F. line a baking sheet tray with baking paper.

  2. Mix the flour with the yogurt, adding more flour until the dough is soft and able to be handled without sticking to your hands. Knead 2-3 minutes. It should be the consistency of soft playdough.

  3. Place the ball of dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll into a square with a rolling pin until about ½ inch thick.

  4. Spread tomatoes on the base. Top with basil and cheese along with whatever toppings you have on hand.

  5. Starting at one edge, gently roll into a tight log and slice into two or four rolls.

  6. Place on a baking tray, re-shaping the rolls slightly back into their circular shape if needed.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until slightly golden. If you are making larger-sized rolls, they will take slightly longer, so start checking after 15 minutes.

  8. Serve fresh out of the oven. But be careful--these will be hot!
