Ginger Beer Mocktail Mule

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 mins Total Time 10 mins
Servings: 1

Description

Ginger beer packs an intense ginger flavor that is more concentrated than that of ginger ale. If you love refreshing Moscow mules, you’ll love this non-alcoholic spin on the classic!

Special equipment: A cocktail shaker; a fine mesh strainer; copper mugs or tall cocktail glasses.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add the lime juice, agave nectar and a few ice cubes (and optional mezcal) to a shaker.

  1. Shake for about 10 seconds, or until well-chilled.
  1. Strain into a copper mug or tall glass over ice.
  1. Top with the ginger beer.
  1. Garnish with a lime wedge and a pinch of chili powder for extra flavor.

The touch of chili powder is fun! Never heard of that before but sounds lovely.
