Preheat your oven to 180°C/350℉.

Butter and line a square baking tin. Mix together the oats, seeds, and nuts in a separate tin and lightly toast for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the butter, honey, and sugar in a pan over low heat. Stir until the butter is completely melted then remove from the heat.

Add the oats, nuts, and seeds to the melted butter/oil mix. Combine until the mixtures come together and become sticky. Tip the Ingredients: into the square lined baking tin and press down lightly, to make sure to compact the granola mixture. This will help to get bar-like shapes, rather than granola.

Bake at 180°C/350℉ for 30 minutes.

Allow to fully cool before cutting into twelve bars.
