High-Fiber High-Protein Flaxseed Wraps

Flaxseeds have been around for thousands of years. Ancient Egyptians and Mediterranean cultures loved them for their strength - giving nutrition and often ground them into simple breads for everyday meals.

I’ve always loved how such a tiny seed can turn into something surprisingly satisfying. When I first tried making wraps with flaxseed, I was honestly amazed.

Just a little flaxseed meal, a bit of water, and suddenly you have a soft, flexible wrap with a warm, nutty aroma that feels wholesome and comforting.

These wraps remind me of traditional flatbreads you find around the world - like Mediterranean lavash or simple homemade rotis - but with a modern, nutrition-packed twist.

They’re rich in fiber, naturally high in plant protein, and perfect for anyone who wants something light yet filling.

What I enjoy most is how versatile they are!!

Once you make one, you start wondering... what should I fill it with next?

Fresh veggies? Creamy hummus? Maybe grilled chicken? ... That curiosity is half the fun!!
