Homemade Classic Granola

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 20 mins Total Time 1 hr
Servings: 8

Description

This homemade granola is chunky, crunchy, slightly sweet and so flavorful.  Add it to yogurt, smoothies, smoothie bowls, on top of ice cream, or eat it by the handful!  It instantly adds crunch and flavor.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Toss until everything is mixed together.

  3. Arrange the mixture in an even layer on the lined baking pan.

  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring and mixing the contents around on the sheet tray every ten minutes or so, until granola turns golden brown.

  5. Finally, remove from oven. Allow granola to fully cool before breaking into clusters.

Note

Feel free to adjust the amounts of fruits to suit your needs.

Keywords: snacks, granola, breakfast, gluten-free

I love granola by itself, or on top of yogurt with a TON of added blueberries and fresh fruits.
