These homemade granola bars are super quick and easy to make.  They require only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make.  They are totally customizable (I often add flax seeds, extra nuts, and dried fruits) and great for both kids and adults!

Instructions

First, line an 8-inch by 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir until completely combined. Add additional ingredients such as nuts or seeds or dried fruits if desired.

Press this mixture down into the lined pan.

Place pan in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

Finally, remove the pan from the fridge. Slice and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

These granola bars are best stored in the fridge.  Feel free to add in mini vegan chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or shredded cocon
