Combine the Kombucha and fresh elderflower blossoms with the honey and lemon juice, and place the contents into fermentation-safe bottles.

Allow the contents to sit at room temperature for roughly 24 hours to carbonate, and then carefully transfer them to chill in the refrigerator before serving.

When ready to serve, strain the contents into chilled glasses, with some added fresh quartered strawberries, along with a fresh elderflower blossom in each glass as a garnish.

Recipe Notes

Adding the strawberries right before serving helps preserve their bright red color.
