Description

This gin based cocktail made with beet kvass perfectly compliments the natural savoriness of the fermented drink. It tastes like a proper cocktail, but you still get some health benefits: a total win-win situation.

Special equipment: A pitcher, for serving.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make your beet kvass. Warm the honey in the microwave or over the stovetop to make it runny enough so you can stir it into the kvass.

  1. In a pitcher, add the kvass, orange juice, and gin.

  1. Add ice and top with soda water. Gently stir.
  1. Garnish each glass with an orange peel.
