Instructions

  1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes, or until softened.

  1. Place all the ingredients, along with 60 mL - 100 mL of the water used to soak the dates, into a blender and blend until smooth. This may take a few minutes. You can adjust the consistency by adding more water / milk if needed.

  1. Pour into an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
