Instructions

Add berries to a blender and top with 50 ml of filtered water. Blend until smooth, and pass through a sieve to remove any seeds.

Mix cultured kefir and the blended berries together and transfer the mixture to a glass jar. Cap the jar and leave to ferment for 24-48h.

Refrigerate for up to one week.

I love how amazing water kefir flavors can be made with a very small handful of ingredients. Straining the seeds out makes for a more pleasant final beverage--Thanks for the recipe!
