Incorporate Starter & Sweetener
Add the sourdough starter and maple syrup (or sugar) to the psyllium gel. Mix until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.

Bulk Ferment
Cover the bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature for 10–12 hours or overnight.
Shape & Proof
Lightly oil a loaf pan or line with parchment. Shape the dough and place into the pan. Let rise for 1–2 hours, until slightly puffy.
