Orange And White Chocolate Cookies

Description

These cookies are thick, gooey, fresh, sweet, and incredibly flavorful.  They are bright and fun for any occasion!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add coconut oil, coconut sugar, almond milk, orange extract, and applesauce. Beat with a hand mixer until combined.
  3. Then, add in all remaining ingredients. Stir together.
  4. Use cookie scoop to drop balls of cookie dough onto the lined pan. Place at least 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies look set.
  6. Finally, remove from oven. Allow cookies to cool on a pan for 10 minutes before eating.

Note

Feel free to make these lemon or lime flavored!
