First, preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, add coconut oil, coconut sugar, almond milk, orange extract, and applesauce. Beat with a hand mixer until combined.

Then, add in all remaining ingredients. Stir together.

Use cookie scoop to drop balls of cookie dough onto the lined pan. Place at least 2 inches apart.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies look set.

Finally, remove from oven. Allow cookies to cool on a pan for 10 minutes before eating.
