Made with raw cashews, almonds, nutritional yeast, and salt, this vegan delight is easy to make. Simply blend the ingredients, bake for 10-15 minutes, and store in the fridge. Sprinkle it on pasta, risotto, salads, or roasted veggies for a flavorful finishing touch. Enjoy the rich, nutty taste without dairy.

  1. Preheat the oven to 50ºC and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse the mixture until the nuts are ground and start to stick to the walls of the blender. Make sure it is thoroughly combined, but be careful not to over-process the mixture.

  3. Transfer the contents to a baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.

  4. Let the contents cool down, and store in an air-tight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

  5. Use as a finishing topping on your pasta, risotto, salads, or roasted vegetables.
