Description

This mug cake has a strong peanut butter flavor and takes only 5 minutes to make.  Feel free to add in some dairy-free chocolate chips or chocolate chunks.  This mug cake is warm, gooey, cozy, and delicious!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder. Stir to combine.

  2. Then, add the remaining ingredients. Stir until a thick dough forms.

  3. Lightly spray a mug or ramekin with nonstick spray. Transfer the batter to the mug.

  4. Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds, or until cooked through.

  5. Allow the cake to rest for 30 seconds, and carefully remove it from the microwave. Finally, serve!

Note

Use all-natural creamy peanut butter made from only peanuts and salt.

Peanut butter is a very nostalgic ingredient for me. I just really like the flavor of peanuts!
