Pumpkin Spice Cake
Description
This pumpkin spice cake recipe is warm, cozy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. This one mixing bowl, one-pan cake is super quick and easy. Although pumpkin is traditionally served in the fall, this cake is a winner all year long!

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Heavily spray a 9-inch by 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.

In a large mixing bowl, add gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir together.

Then, add in all remaining ingredients. Stir until no clumps of flour remain.

Transfer the batter to the greased pan. Smooth into one even layer.

Bake for 27 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Finally, remove from oven.

Allow cake to fully cool before adding frosting.
Note
Use pumpkin purée, not pumpkin pie filling. Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Top with the desired flavor of frosting.
