Description

These burger buns are tasty and easy to make at home.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F, or 180°C.

  2. Add the soaked rice, salt, sugar, yeast, oil and water into your stand mixer and mix it on high for around two minutes until it reaches 30-30°C. The consistency of the dough at this stage resembles pancake batter.

  3. Grease your baking pans with some oil and add if you want some sesame seeds on the ground. Place them on a baking sheet.

  4. Pour the batter into 10-12 cm round baking pans around 3 cm high.

  5. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and bake them for 20-30 minutes until they turn golden brown.

  6. Let them cool for 5 minutes and then take them out of their pans and let them cool on a cooling rack.
