In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth.

Add the coconut milk and unsweetened raspberry puree to the melted chocolate, and mix well.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until it firms up.

Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.

Roll the truffles in unsweetened cocoa powder for coating.
