Spicy Sriracha Pickled Garlic

Total time: 7 days if making your own pickled garlic

Instructions
7 stepsAfter one week, drain the pickling liquid and rinse the garlic cloves.
Place the garlic cloves into a clean glass jar and add the sriracha, thyme and black pepper.
Taste the contents, and and add more sriracha to increase the heat, if desired. If you would like to tone it down, use a bit less sriracha and add a splash of water!
