Spicy Togarashi Tofu
Serve the spicy baked tofu hot or cold, in salads or as a simple side dish by itself, with some Tamari or soy sauce on the side for dipping.
Instructions
4 stepsPreheat the oven to 350˚F.
Cut the extra-firm tofu into cubes, and gently toss the tofu in a medium-sized mixing bowl with the mustard, hot sauce, shichimi togarashi spice blend, and red pepper flakes.
Place the seasoned spicy tofu on a parchment paper-lined sheet tray, and bake at 350˚F for roughly twenty minutes.
Serve warm, with some tamari or gluten-free soy sauce.
