Soak the cashews overnight. Then drain and rinse the cashews.

Add the tofu, strawberries, cashews, almond milk, lemon juice, and agave to a food processor, and blend on high speed for 2 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

If the mixture is too thick, add a few more teaspoons of almond milk. Taste, and add more agave if you prefer a sweeter cream cheese.

Transfer to a serving bowl and cool down in the fridge. Enjoy when desired.

Six ingredient cream cheese--doesn't get much easier than that! Love the soaked cashews here. I even like soaked cashews on top of yogurt with some mixed fresh fruits. They get soft and have such a unique texture! I mean, I like them regular too, but eating them after they have been soaked is a unique experience.
