Tagliatelle

Description

This pasta serves as a perfect companion to all types of sauces. Serve this with vegetables, meats, shellfish, or even just plain with a little bit of butter and freshly-grated parmesan cheese!

Instructions

  1. Roll pasta dough out to a thinness of 2-3mm and trim it into a rectangle approximately 20-25cm long.

  2. Using a floured pizza cutter or a sharp knife, slice into even ribbons 2cm wide.

  3. Lay on a drying rack for 30 minutes.

  4. Boil a pot of salted water and drop a handful of the pasta ribbons in. Cook 2-3 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon. Repeat until all the pasta is cooked. Top with your favorite sauce to serve.
