Description

A fan favorite in Mexico, the fermented beverage is used in a number of booze-spiked ways! This Tepache Paloma requires only a couple of ingredients, combining the pineapple elixir with tequila for a fun and easy cocktail.

Special equipment: Cocktail glass.

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pineapple tepache.

  2. Combine the cocktail ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake for ten seconds.

  3. Strain the drink into a chilled martini glass, garnished with a fresh slice of lime.

    I love pineapple tepache–it’s so cool that you can utilize the fresh pineapple rinds to make the fermented beverage! I spent so much of life throwing away the rinds of fresh pineapple.
