Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients:

Note you can use any type of yogurt here, dairy-free or regular!

  1. Prepare the Molds:

Line heart-shaped molds with baking paper for easy removal.

  1. Mix the Ingredients:

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, agave syrup, and tahini. Stir until smooth and well blended.

  1. Fill the Molds:

Spoon the yogurt mixture into the prepared molds, smoothing the tops.

  1. Add the Berries:

Gently add the mixed berries on top of the yogurt, ensuring they are evenly spaced.

  1. Freeze:

Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight until fully set.

  1. Serve:

Remove the frozen hearts from the molds by gently peeling away the baking paper. Serve immediately for a refreshing and healthy treat!

Note

Storage:
Store the hearts in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving if too firm.
